Job description

Lead the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans aligned with operations and corporate strategy.

Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to monitor operational and financial performance across sites and business units.

Analyze cost structures, identify variances against budget, and recommend strategies for cost optimization and margin enhancement.

Provide financial reports for investors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Collaborate with team from project and operations to provide financial insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Having experience in Finance Budgeting, Accounting, & Tax minimum 12 years.
• Having technical skill such as proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, project valuation, and financial analysis.
• Familiar with MS Excel and SAP ERP.
• Strategical Thinking, Good communication skill, Good leadership skill, and Analytical Excellence.
• Having experience in mining will be an advantage.
