Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with strong Excel skills who are eager to learn and grow in financial planning and analysis.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

Support in building simple financial models to review company performance

Help track and explain differences between actual and planned results

Work with different teams (like Sales, HR, and Operations) to gather data

Prepare basic reports and charts to help managers make decisions

Monitor key numbers and trends (KPIs and business drivers)

Join team projects like cost-saving ideas or business proposals

Learn and improve tools and templates used by the finance team

What We’re Looking For:

A Fresh Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting.

Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and a basic understanding of financial reports

Eager to learn financial systems and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Good communication and problem-solving skills

A team player who’s also comfortable working independently

Must willing to work and stay in Bintan Indonesia (We accommodation options and lunch is provided)

Bonus If You Have:

Internship or part-time experience in accounting or finance

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Knowledge of financial modeling basics
