Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst

FP&A Senior Analyst role will serve as a business partner across the organizations and analyze their performance which is related with the overall company performance. This role will also become the bridge between finance and the business team.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Indonesia and regional market teams to analyze key performance metric trends and data.
• Prepare monthly expense allocation per business and consolidated reports.
• Prepare business performance reports, which include financial and business insights, analysis on topline, margin, and OPEX movements across business units and functions.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process for all markets.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner and initiate monthly discussions with each business/department.
• Actively participate in FP&A-related projects and handle ad-hoc financial requests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Xero for accounting software functions.
