Job summary

Our client in Tangerang is seeking a Financial Analyst to deliver financial insights, support planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and strategic growth.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with ERP systems, enabling effective reporting to senior management. A dynamic, growth-oriented environment awaits in a company focused on financial health.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting KPIs.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and conduct monthly variance analysis against actual performance.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
