Job summary

pt dharma satya nusantara tbk seeks a Financial Analyst/Controller in Indonesia to perform variance analysis, monitor KPIs, and support profitability analysis by factory, business unit, or location.

You will consolidate data, assist budgeting/forecasting, and provide insights to drive cost controls, efficiency, and data accuracy in cross-functional teams across Operations, Sales, Purchasing and Accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Control, Analyst, Audit, Accounting in a Palm Oil Plantation is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, and Tableau is a plus.
• Experience working in a Public Accounting firm as an Auditor is a plus.
• Willing to travel on business to plantations in Kalimantan.

Responsibilities

• Perform variance analysis between Actual, Budget and Forecast figures.
• Monitor and analyze key financial KPIs, Gross Margin, OPEX and EBITDA.
• Support profitability analysis by factory, business unit, or location.
• Assist in preparing management presentations and performance reviews.
• Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Consolidate and validate financial data from various departments.
• Monitor budget utilization and identify significant variances.
• Assist in developing financial projections and scenario analyses.
• Monitor operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze cost structures and support cost allocation reviews.
• Ensure accurate cost reporting and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
• Provide Financial Analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
