A leading company in Indonesia is seeking a Finance Manager to assist in strategic business objectives and financial oversight. This role involves preparing accurate financial reports, managing assets, and developing efficient financial policies to stimulate growth and profitability across business units. Strong analytical skills and experience in financial management are essential. The position is based in Bali.
Assist the President Director in setting strategic business objectives that drive growth across the company’s business units.
Be responsible for providing accurate financial reports to the President Director and shareholders.
Supervise the implementation of the company's financial operations to ensure they run according to plan.
Determine financial policies based on the company’s financial condition.
Identify and report on the effectiveness of corporate strategies.
Manage, record, and safeguard all company assets, ensuring that owned assets contribute to the company’s performance.7. Assist in preparing the company budget and implement strategies to protect assets and inventory.
Stimulate future business growth by introducing financial policies that improve cost efficiency and maximize results.
Handle financial recording, forecasting, taxation, and other finance-related matters.
Provide accurate and forward-looking data and analysis to support effective strategic decision-making.
Be responsible for all controllable financial outcomes within the planned reporting periods.
Develop, identify, and implement creative sales strategies to increase and target sales across business units to ensure optimal revenue.
Maximize profitability across business units by controlling expenses in line with established budget guidelines.
Ensure profitability through sound financial management and leadership practices.
Ensure the company conducts business in accordance with legal requirements and applicable regulations.
Assist in preparing annual projections, expenditure budgets, and capital expenditure budgets.
Conduct regular visits to each business unit across all regions to ensure unit management teams understand strengths and growth opportunities in relation to quality standards and prepare follow-up reports for each visit.
Work collaboratively with General Managers to identify potential issues and assist unit management teams in building solutions.
Develop the managerial and leadership capabilities of unit management staff.
Identify, evaluate, and respond effectively to labor efficiency issues.
Conduct performance development reviews for business unit management teams across all regions.
Provide advice and guidance to employees.
Develop plans to increase efficiency and reduce labor costs.
Improve existing systems and policies.
Evaluate overall performance by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
Monitor and control internal audits across all business units on a regular basis.
Submit written reports on a monthly basis to the President Director.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
