Job description

To provide finance business partnering with senior leaders to drive the business performance, performing finance functions include business analysis, policy development, cash flow, cost and capex control, internal control, financial discipline, budgetary control and management reporting.

You will be responsible for:

Partner with Business Head and senior management to drive business and achieve operation and financial performance.

Control cost, cash flow, capex and monitor returns of investment.

Achieve funding target to continue support mills expansion.

Identify and support continuous improvement of business operations.

Drive budget exercise to achieve long range plan.

Coordinate long-term strategic planning and resource allocation for the business group.

Build, lead and strengthen the finance team at the region.

Visit mill sites to provide sound advices and monitor business performance.

Ad-hoc function assigned by the Management.

You will demonstrate the following requirements:

Min. Degree holder majoring in accounting, finance or relevant field.

Minimum 5-12 years of strategic financial management experience gained from palm plantation environment or other farming/agriculture/manufacturing industries/large scale organization.

Potential managerial and leadership qualities.

Business Partnering skills and a good team player.

Commercially-oriented with high energy, a ‘can-do’ attitude and hands-on.

Operationally in tune with the business with a keen eye for analysis and details.

Possess business acumen and strong commercial sense.

Driven, sharp, results orientated with strong understanding of business operation.

Ability to strike a good balance between cost control versus value adding.

Ability to communicate in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.

Will be based in Kalimantan / Sumatra, and travel to sites / mills from time to time.
