Trax Group is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our regional leadership team as Finance Controller. Based in either Vietnam or Indonesia, this strategic role will oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for our garment manufacturing operations, supporting executive decision-making and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across departments.
- Oversee cash flow, fund sourcing, capex management, and banking relationships.
- Conduct investment feasibility studies and financial modeling to support business growth and ROI-driven decisions.
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and audit readiness.
- Partner with supply chain, procurement, and production teams to drive cost efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO and President.
- Manage legal and contract-related financial matters.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Foster collaboration across functions to enhance operational efficiency and margin improvement.
Qualifications:
- Candidate who willing to relocate to Vietnam or Indonesia on an expatriate contract.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, ideally in the garment or manufacturing industry.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, cost accounting, and ERP systems.
- Proven track record in investment analysis, budget control, and cross-functional leadership.
- Excellent command of English; working knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Effective leadership in multicultural environments.
