Pt. Intikom Berlian Mustika is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to lead all financial operations on a fully remote basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial management, with significant FMCG exposure.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and best practices.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting experience.
• Experience leading a finance team and implementing internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial management activities including accounting operations, reporting and compliance for the FMCG business.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts with variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure integrity.
• Lead cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financial risk mitigation.
• Provide strategic financial leadership to senior management and drive business decisions.
• Mentor and develop the finance team in a remote work environment.
