Job summary

Samudera, a prominent FMCG company, is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, accounting, internal controls, and financial planning for the Bekasi office. This leadership role demands deep financial acumen and the ability to drive compliant, insight-based decision making.

You will manage all accounting operations, budgets, tax planning, and external audits, lead a finance team, and partner with banks and auditors.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with FMCG focus.
• Experience in a senior financial management role with leadership and team management.
• Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and financial reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Direct all accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per FMCG standards.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
• Lead annual budgeting and provide forecasting and analysis for decisions.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance, and liaise with auditors and banks.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
