Job Descriptions

• Review all tax, finance, and accounting-related works and transactions
• Authorize and release payments for all business units
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and cost calculations
• Handle all financial correspondence with US partners, banks, and third parties
• Calculate payroll, taxes, and employee A1 tax slips
• Compute service charges and interest payments
• Review HR memos and Letters of Instruction (LOI)
• Manage banking operations including accounts, investments, and loans
• Maintain and update lender database
• Handle annual tax filings for strategic business units
• Attend monthly unit profit and loss review meetings
  
  

Requirements

• Strong integrity and ethical standards in financial management
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Comprehensive knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Indonesian banking systems (Mandiri, CIMB, OCBC, BCA, BNI, BRI)
• Ability to prepare financial presentations to BOD
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
