Financial Business Analyst Associate Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Finance System Analyst Manager to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a key liaison between Finance & Accounting and IT. This role is responsible for driving financial system digitalization, managing end-to-end system projects, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze finance & accounting business needs and identify digitalization opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a financial system roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and system integration design.
  • Define requirements and testing criteria, and ensure successful UAT delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and management for requirements and reporting.
  • Monitor system performance, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Document best practices and SOPs, and conduct knowledge transfer to users and support teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance system analysis, project management, or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, ERP/financial systems, and IT collaboration.
  • Excellent MS Office, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience at the managerial level in finance, accounting, or IT.
  • Willing to work on-site & full-time at Titan Center, Bintaro, South Tangerang.
