Job description

Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular financial management reports, including Profit and Loss (PnL) statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow (CF) reports, and other financial statements as needed.

Budgeting: Assist in preparing detailed financial budgets, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and corporate strategy.

Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather necessary data, clarify financial needs, and provide financial insights for decision-making.

Analysis: Conduct plan vs. actual analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights based on findings.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and reports. Ensure reports are prepared in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

Financial Planning: Support the financial planning process by contributing to forecasts, budgeting, and long-term financial strategies.

Basic Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Financial Reporting Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and principles.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; ability to analyze large datasets and create detailed reports.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to present complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner to non-financial stakeholders.

Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
