Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance treasury function, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of treasury processes.
• Foster and manage strong relationships with banking partners to facilitate smooth business transactions.
• Explore financial products and manage treasury portfolio to bring benefits to the Company.
• Manage transaction exposure, hedging options, foreign currency assets and liabilities.
• Monitor CAPEX payments process in timely manner.
• Prepare treasury dashboard and provide information, input and recommendation to senior management for accurate decision making.
• Ensure compliance with treasury-related policies and financial covenants by working with Corporate Finance division.
• Evaluation across business functions and analyze the long-term and short-term consequences of treasury decisions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable company standards, practices and regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in treasury operations and management, or a related area.
• Possessing finance certification such as MBA or professional certification (CPA CFA, or CTP) is preferred.
• Possesses knowledge in Accounting & Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Budgeting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in finance and treasury.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools; experience with ERP systems (SAP is recommended) is a plus.
• Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to contribute to the overall financial strategy and goals of the organization.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to Work in BSD, South Tangerang.
