PwC Consulting Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Finance Transformation Manager to help organizations reimagine and modernize their finance functions. You will work with C-suite executives to design and deliver large-scale initiatives that improve performance, governance, decision-making, and value through digital technologies and new operating models.

Competenze

6+ years of professional experience in consulting, finance transformation, or related fields.
Understanding of end-to-end finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, close & consolidation).
Experience delivering ERP transformations and shared services redesign.
Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Anaplan or similar platforms; IFRS knowledge.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.

Mansioni

Lead and deliver finance transformation projects for clients across industries.
Advise CFOs and finance leaders on strategy, target operating models, and roadmaps.
Assess current-state processes, structures, systems, controls, and data landscapes.
Design future-state operating models, governance, and technology-enabled processes.
Drive ERP-enabled transformation (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Workday, OneStream).
Develop business cases, transformation strategies, and executive presentations.
Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholders.
