Job description

Role of Purposes:

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, detail-oriented person who loves working in a fast-paced, multinational environment. As the Team Leader for Alloggio, you will manage your team members to meet the Client’s and ATI’s expectations on performance and behavior. You will manage the team’s tasks in terms of urgency and priority, and respond quickly and appropriately to issues that arise.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, be organized and self-motivated with excellent communication, and possess record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. You will track the tasks completed and time taken by each team member to monitor productivity and capacity.
  2. You will micromanage and motivate team members to ensure the team is achieving the SLAs from the client.
  3. You will speak to team members about performance or behavioral issues and can present violation letters when it is appropriate.
  4. You will adapt quickly to changes in scheduling and make appropriate decisions to ensure manpower coverage is provided for the client - as defined by the service agreement.
  5. You will monitor workflow to identify any areas of improvement and offer implementable solutions.
  6. You will manage communication with the client and prepare requested reports for the client.
  7. You will regularly prepare and present data on each team’s and each individual’s performance based on internal KPIs to ATI leadership.
  8. You will provide quality control/auditing on team members’ tasks.
  9. You will maintain regular communication with ATI leadership on updates in the teams.

Qualifications:

  1. Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or other related backgrounds from honorable universities.
  2. Excellent English comprehension. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  3. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  4. Willingness to evaluate areas of improvement and suggest effective solutions to enhance team productivity.
  5. Willingness to work with a flexible schedule.
  6. Willingness to WFO 100%.
  7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  8. Good time management - able to prioritize tasks appropriately.
  9. Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  10. At least 2 years of working experience in an administrative role (including data entry).
