Job summary

• Prepare invoices, tax invoices, and SPT reports (Coretax).
• Prepare PPh 23 and Final Income Tax withholding slips and handle reporting.
• Perform bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial document verification.
• Manage tax administration and prepare documentation for tax audits.
• Handle import processes: price negotiations, vessel schedule checking, coordination with forwarders, document verification, and reporting through the SIMODIS system.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in finance, accounting, or tax operations (experience with Coretax preferred).
• Understanding of PPh 23, PPh Final, VAT, and basic tax reporting.
• Familiar with bookkeeping, transaction recording, and document verification.
• Experience in import administration, coordination with forwarders, and SIMODIS reporting is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
