Job summary

EVERTRADE SOLUTION INDONESIA is seeking a focused Finance/Accounting professional to handle monthly and annual financial statements, tax filings, AR/AP, and cash flow support in our Jakarta-area operations. You will maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and internal controls.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and proficiency in Coretax, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 1–3 years in Finance, Accounting, or Tax.
• Solid knowledge of taxation rules and corporate taxation.
• Familiarity with Coretax or similar tax systems.
• Brevet A&B certification is highly preferable.
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy, with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Perform reconciliations for bank, general ledger, and sub-ledger.
• Maintain complete, accurate accounting documentation.
• Prepare, file, and coordinate VAT and income tax obligations.
• Issue and reconcile AR invoices; monitor AR aging and collections.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and AP aging; reconcile vendor balances.
• Monitor daily cash positions and assist in cash flow planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial SOPs; support improvements.
