About Us

We are a growing real estate and hospitality group based in Kuta, Lombok, managing several development and investment projects across Indonesia.

Our group operates multiple companies (PTs) involved in property development, construction management, and hospitality operations.

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Accountant with strong tax knowledge and hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.

This person will manage the bookkeeping, reporting, and taxation of several PT companies — covering both the construction phase of new developments and the ongoing accounting of hotel operations once projects are completed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping for multiple entities using QuickBooks Online (QBO) — including bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and invoicing.
• Prepare and file all tax reports (VAT, PPh21, PPh23, and Corporate Income Tax) in full compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and manage intercompany transactions across entities.
• Handle accounting throughout the construction phase (tracking project costs, budgets, and payments) and later for hotel operations (revenues, payroll, monthly reports).
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and share insights with management.
• Stay up to date with changes in Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with tax authorities and external auditors when required.
• Support management with budgeting, expense control, and cash flow planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and taxation experience in Indonesia.
• Proven expertise with QuickBooks Online (QBO) — this is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation and compliance (VAT, PPh21, PPh23, etc.).
• Experience managing accounting for multiple PT entities and both construction and operational phases.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
