A leading company in the printing industry seeks an Accounts Payable Officer to handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, has at least 3 years of relevant experience, and possesses Tax certification of Brevet A & B. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Jurnal.id or COREXTAX are required. This role involves reconciling invoices, managing supplier records, and ensuring tax compliance.
Processing payments and financial transactions to suppliers and obtaining goods and services promptly.
Liaising with finance officers and suppliers regarding stock management, financial records, and accounts.
Verifying expense reports and querying invoice items from internal and external finance officers.
Reconciling invoices and maintaining accurate records.
Communicating with the Accounts Payable team and comparing system reports to optimize processes.
Entering invoices into the accounts payable system and processing payments.
Filing and maintaining supplier records and verifying invoices.
Preparing cheques for payment and performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Tracking all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Maintaining historical records and verifying expense reports for payroll processing.
Scheduling vendor payments and responding to vendor inquiries regarding finance matters.
Preparing account analyses and monthly reports, and continuously improving payment processes.
Controlling and analyzing tax-related transactions and recording transactions in the system and financial reports.
Performing monthly and annual tax reconciliations and aligning with accounting records.
Creating fiscal reconciliations and preparing corporate tax returns.
Handling tax audits, objections, and appeals, and ensuring monthly tax compliance.
Generating Payment & AP reports and supporting internal and external audits.
