Job summary

OttoDigital Group is seeking a qualified finance professional to manage daily cash flow and ensure timely, accurate corporate tax reporting. The role requires experience with Coretax and strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including DJP submissions and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, have at least 3 years in Finance/Tax, and prefer Brevet A & B certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Fiscal Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• Brevet A & B certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update daily cash flow to ensure all company operational needs are consistently met.
• Perform calculations, reconciliations, and reporting of corporate taxes on a monthly and annual basis.
• Conduct corporate tax reporting using the Coretax system.
• Ensure all data submitted to the DJP (Directorate General of Taxes) is accurate and compliant with applicable tax regulations.
• Prepare necessary data and documents required for tax audit purposes.
• Input and record daily financial transactions into the accounting system systematically and accurately.
• Monitor the latest updates on tax regulations and analyze their impact on the company’s financial strategy.
