Finance Supervisor (Mandarin & English speaking)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PT Anugerah Citra Walet Indonesia in Bogor, West Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support the company's strategic decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the month-end close process, including the preparation of financial statements, account reconciliations, and analysis of financial results.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control procedures.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
• Support the implementation of financial systems and technologies to streamline operations.
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CA).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills, with a deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (SAK).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
• Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., SAP, Excel).
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a finance team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information effectively to stakeholders.
