Job summary

Sika is seeking a Finance Supervisor to strengthen AR efficiency and optimize treasury operations. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure robust financial health. You will supervise treasury, AR, and staff, driving accuracy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Management from a reputable university.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, multinational background preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in Treasury/Banking, with collections and credit control experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities; leadership qualities.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) and proficiency with MS Office and Dynamics AX.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury and Cash Management, bank relations, and cash forecasting.
• Plan and manage Accounts Receivable and collections with credit control.
• Oversee monthly closing, GL analysis, and financial reporting readiness.
• Act as liaison between the company, banks, auditors, and customers on credit terms.
• Supervise AR and Treasury staff, driving accountability and improvement.
