Finance Supervisor

Oversee day to day the finance report from sales and aftersales department.

Manage report of budget from GA and Marketing.

Responsible to supervise and control cashier work.

Manage quick book of Maxride every day.

Check customer payment by transfer and manage transfer book.

Reconcile Maxride bank vs ERP and Top Up Data, deposit cash to bank.

Manage ERP for transfer payment of every customer.

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Opname stock warehouse on first week in the month.

Qualification :

Max 37 years old.

Have experience in the same position min 3 years as a supervisor or 7 years as a staff.

Ability to work in a team and independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Have good leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in a startup company will be an advantage.

Must be able to speak English.
