Responsibilities

Develop and implement internal financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Oversee Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) for all business units.
Review and ensure accuracy of Terms & Conditions during client onboarding in accordance with company policy.
Calculate and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) based on Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) data to support financial insights.
Manage client advertising payments and provide regular reports on client ad balance.
Collaborate with management on budgeting, cash flow management, and strategic financial reporting.
Lead, guide, and provide performance feedback to the finance team.
Monitor and manage cash flow to support daily operations.
Prepare and deliver financial presentations and reports for senior management with clear recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial supervision or related roles.
Proficient in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations (PPh & PPN).
Experienced in aging receivable management, billing reminders, and vendor payment negotiations.
Strong data analysis skills to interpret financial results and support strategic decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
