PT Gooritss Indonesia Sejahtera is #hiring for Finance Supervisor!

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, managing cash flow, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and leading the finance team in accordance with company policies and financial standards.

Position : Finance Supervisor

Location : 88 Office Tower Lt. 20, Kota Kasablanka, Tebet, South Jakarta

REQUIREMENT:

Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance

Working experience more than 2 years

Having a background from Public Accounting Firm/Consultant would be a plus

Having a common knowledge in general taxation (PPh, PPN and SPT Badan). Holds Brevet AB certificate would be an advantage

Experience in B2B and B2G (E-Katalog) transactions is preferred (not mandatory)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.) and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or other ERP systems).

Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.

Ability to command and lead subordinates (leadership skills)

Able to work independently with integrity

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Finance:

Reviews weekly and monthly bank reconciliation and monitors AR & AP team regarding unposted or improper journal entry.

Prepares data for the bank/fintech company related to financing activities.

Checking payment invoice to third parties prior authorized by director.

Maintains good communication and understanding.
