Job summary

PT . GPI Logistics in Semarang is seeking a finance staff with experience in AR, AP, invoicing, cost control or cashier to support the local branch. You will work with the finance team and report to the head office in Jakarta.

Responsibilities include invoicing checks, customer payment follow-up, vendor payment scheduling, monthly cash/bank reporting, and PPH 21/23 and PPN preparation. English proficiency is required; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Economics (Finance/Accounting) from a reputable university.
• 1–3 years of experience in Finance Staff, Cost Control or Cashier roles.
• Well-organized with attention to detail and able to work independently or in a team.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Checking NS before creating invoices to customers.
• Follow up payments from customers.
• Create schedule payments to vendors.
• Create cash reports, monthly bank reconciliations, and submit to head office in Jakarta.
• Draft PPH 21, 23 and PPN reports every month.
• Work closely with the accounting team.
• Provide daily reports to the finance/branch manager.

Job description

We're looking for staff finance (having experience in AR, AP, invoicing, cost control or cashier), for our branch office in Semarang with details as below

Responsibilities :

Checking NS before create invoice to the customer

Follow up payment from customer

Create schedule payment to vendor

Create cash report, bank (monthly) and submit to head office Jakarta

Create report PPH 21, 23 and PPN every months

Work closely with accounting team

Daily report to finance manager/branch manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree, majoring in Economics (Finance/Accounting/Financial Management) from reputable university.

At least 1-3 years of working experience as Finance Staff, Cost Control, Cashier.

Well-organized, great personality, attention to details and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Able to work with tight deadline. Fluent in English (written - spoken), able to speak Mandarin will be plus point
