Job Description

• Creating Invoice and Proforma Invoice
• Monitoring and following up on customer Account Receivables
• Monitoring payment from customers and posting into the system
• Recording information about the financial status of customers and the status of collection efforts
• Performing reminders and notifying collection staff to monitor overdue AR and update the progress
• Updating customer payments into the system
• Preparing and monitoring Fixed Asset input, documentation & calculation sheet
• Monitoring customer order outstanding in the system

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting or Finance
• Fresh graduates or graduates with 1-2 years of experience in the related field is a plus
• Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
