Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong knowledge in Accurate Systems is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Preparing financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices.
• Update and maintain database, financial records, and filing systems.
• Manage and maintain Accounts Payable.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial documents for payment and audit.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Preparing and process financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices.
• Update and maintain database, financial records, and filing systems.
• Track and monitor financial transactions.
• Manage and maintain Accounts Payable.
• Handle bank administrative matters.
• Listing taxation and handling the tax invoices.
• Compile financial spreadsheets, reports, statements, and other required documents.
• Ensure the accuracy of an organisation’s financial documents for payment, audit and tax purposes.
• Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures.
• Monitor and ensure timely payments to vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the fashion retail industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge and skills in Accurate Systems
• Excellent communication skills, with strong analytical and detail-oriented abilities.
