Job summary

Candidates should be experienced in managing petty cash transactions and comfortable with using advanced MS Excel functions. • Payment processing for BCA Petty Cash Jakarta.
• Control JFS balance DSO.
• Monthly bank reconciliation of Petty Cash Jakarta.

Job description

Bachelor's degree in Economics / Accounting or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related field.

Strong organizational, analytical, and recording skills, with attention to detail.

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table).

Work experience in a logistics company is preferable.

Willing to work under a contract employment status.

Experience making payment transactions via BCA Bank is required.

Job Activities :

Daily:

• Payment processing for BCA Petty Cash Jakarta
• Collect income DSO (check, recap, and transfer income DSO to HQ)
• Update WPR report of Petty Cash (Office, DSO, Gateway)
• Recap all payments from payment applications (OA approved)
• Control JFS balance DSO
• Check physical documents for reimbursement petty cash
• Process reimbursement petty cash payments (DSO and OPS)

Monthly:

• Bank reconciliation of Petty Cash Jakarta
