Job Description

  1. Assist in filing documents and administration related to the preparation of billing documents until ready to be billed.
  2. Input data into the system related to the billing invoice exchange process.
  3. Deliver billing documents via Expedition and Online Invoice Exchange.
  4. Check billing documents from vendors according to SOP.
  5. Prepare invoice and completeness documents to be processed for payment.
  6. Follow up and coordinate as needed related to invoice/billing documents from vendors.

Qualifications

  1. Education at least S1, preferably from Economics/Accounting.
  2. Preferably has at least 2 years of experience in the same position.
  3. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  4. Detail-oriented, thorough, and possesses integrity.
