Get to Know the Role

The Finance Solutions Excellence Analyst drives process improvements in the finance team using AI-driven solutions with Python, SQL, and LLMs. You will collaborate with multiple teams to design and deliver solutions, reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance Solutions Excellence & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute process improvement projects to automate finance operations using technology.
• Analyze and redesign manual finance processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop Python scripts and SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
• Build AI-driven tools and analytics solutions for data-informed decision-making.
• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems and architecture.

Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field, with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Data Structures, Algorithms, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with project management and collaboration skills.
