Finance Senior Staff (SAP System)

Our subsidiaries in port logistic industry PT Trans Global Terminal is hiring for Finance Senior Staff with details as follow:

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Economics.
• Min. 5 years of working experiences in Finance/Accounting/Treasury or Mining Sector.
• Experienced using SAP is a MUST.
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed in SCBD area, South Jakarta.

Job descriptions:
• Daily Cash flow report, Daily financial report to portal, input daily transaction to a journal SAP system.
• Monitor and verify cash in & out, Maintain GL ensure all transaction are recorded correctly.
• Maintain files and monitor aging, managing petty cash.
• Responsible for Make Weekly and monthly financial report, Bank reconcile, collection activity AR status and cash forecast.
• Preparing payment by using SAP system such regular payment, tax, salary and interest loan payment.
• Maintain Banking relationship, has network/connection with bank relative.
• Know about document and flow process related to credit loan facilities, FX hedging.
• Manage document registration of vendor and Process on SAP system and LSS legal approval.
