Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Correspond with clients regarding payment inquiries through email.
  • Investigate and resolve payout-related issues in collaboration with other teams involved
  • Review and validate supporting documents for payment complaints.
  • Review damage claims submitted by clients and handle related correspondence.
  • Submit claim issues to third-party insurance providers for property damage coverage.
  • Monitor open cases and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Escalate complex issues to the PIC or Manager when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for tracking resolutions.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective case closure.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Economics/Accounting/ Finance
  • Must be good in spoken and written English (will use English on a daily basis)
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Google Apps for Work especially Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Willing to learn to use new software or tools (example: CRM)
  • Accounting experience is a must
  • Auditing experience is a must
  • Experienced in the hospitality industry, bank or insurance company is a plus
  • Must be willing to work on weekend shift (5 days of work, with 2 days off) and holidays when needed
  • Good communication, strong analytical thinking, work well in a team, trustworthy, able to take initiative and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Critical thinking is essential for this position
