1. Gather and monitor financial data
2. Accrue costs and track actual costs
3. Prepare PPM budgets in collaboration with FM
4. Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
5. Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
6. Perform month-end and year-end close processes
