Peran ini meliputi pemrosesan dokumen pembayaran & penerimaan, rekonsiliasi bank, penyusunan laporan arus kas, piutang, hutang, serta proyeksi cashflow sesuai

Job description

Execute complex finance transactions and support closing activities. Review accuracy of finance data and transactions processed by operators. Perform reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies. Support preparation of finance reports and analysis. Provide guidance to finance operators and support supervisors. Ensure compliance with finance policies, controls, and standards.

Memproses dokumen pembayaran, penerimaan invoice, reimbursement, dan pengeluaran operasional. Memastikan semua transaksi pengeluaran/penerimaan kas & bank dijalankan sesuai dengan SOP. Melakukan pencatatan dan pemeriksaan transaksi keuangan perusahaan serta proses closing Melakukan rekonsiliasi bank dan memastikan kesesuaian antara catatan keuangan dengan mutasi rekening. Membuat laporan stock, laporan cashflow, laporan proyeksi cashflow. Membuat laporan piutang, laporan hutang, extra accountable, COGS. Melakukan pembayaran jagung, cash opname dan laporan saldo kas harian
