Minimum Requirements:

1. Have work experience in the same field for at least 1 year (preferred).
2. Master Microsoft Office or other accounting software.
3. Have a disciplined, thorough, honest and responsible nature.
4. Have good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
5. Have good calculation and analytical skills in data management.
6. Have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
7. Able to work with deadlines and in a team.

Job Descriptions:

1. Record daily financial transactions.
2. Manage petty cash and company operational payments.
3. Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded correctly and according to procedures.
4. Send invoices to customers completely and correctly.
5. Collect invoices via email, telephone and WhatsApp.
6. Collecting and recapitulating all PPH 23 ebupots from customers.
