You’ll manage the financial backbone of Peponi’s operations, ensuring accurate reporting, smooth transactions, and compliance across all travel programs. You’ll work closely with our management and operations teams to keep every adventure running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure timely and compliant payroll processing
• Monitor and optimize cash flow for trip operations
• Collaborate with internal departments on payment schedules and vendor management
• Assist in preparing financial documentation for audits and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting, and tax regulations
