Responsibilities

• Sales Forecasting: Partner with finance to build accurate, data-driven revenue models and pipeline forecasts management.
• Sales Execution: Align day-to-day sales activities with long-term financial goals, including pricing strategy, margin analysis, deal structure, COGS tracking, and finished goods inventory balancing (DSI targets).
• Proposal & contract management process control.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs like win rates, deal velocity, and customer acquisition costs to flag financial risks early.
• Compensation & quota design: Work with finance and HR to design commission structures and sales quotas to motivate reps within established budgets.
