Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is partnering with a Japanese property company to recruit a Finance Manager in Central Jakarta. The role centers on leading accounting operations and ensuring financial integrity across all reporting streams.

You will oversee payments, taxation, consolidated statements to HQ, and manage the finance team while maintaining robust internal controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Business English proficiency is required.
• Min. 10 years total experience including 3+ years in Finance Accounting Tax Manager roles, with 2 years in public accounting, and experience in the property industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting activities including payments, receipts, bank reconciliation, tenant billing, collections, and outstanding payments.
• Maintain accounting procedures, systems, and internal controls in accordance with company regulations.
• Manage taxation matters and coordinate with tax officers and external auditors.
• Review management accounts, monthly financial reports, budgets, and related financial documents for accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare and submit consolidated financial statements and other reports to HQ.
• Oversee the accounting and finance team, including supervision, training, and ensuring proper work standards.
• Develop and maintain financial and accounting systems, provide accounting and tax support, and handle requests from management and HQ.

Our client is a Japanese Property company. Currently, they are looking for Finance Manager.

Job Requirements:
