Adecco is currently representing a multinational hospital company, seeking a highly dedicated and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee the finance operations of a growing business in North Sumatera. The role will require strong leadership in financial control, team management, and cross-functional coordination with billing, cashiering, inventory, and IT helpdesk.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily financial operations including billing, cashier, asset inventory, and basic IT helpdesk support.
- Manage budgeting processes, cost control initiatives, and financial forecasting in alignment with the hospital’s expansion plans.
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations.
- Provide timely and clear financial insights to support strategic decision-making by hospital leadership.
- Coordinate closely with the Corporate Finance Controller to align with group-wide financial planning and compliance standards.
- Manage, coach, and develop a finance team of billing and cashier teams
- Ensure effective internal controls and financial risk mitigation strategies are implemented and maintained.
- Collaborate with IT helpdesk team to ensure reporting and ticketing tools support finance and hospital operations.
- Drive discipline, professionalism, and grooming standards across the finance team to reflect the hospital’s values and patient-facing responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in Finance, preferably in hospitals, or hospitality sector.
- Proven experience in managing large operational teams, especially within billing, cashiering, and finance support functions.
- Strong budgeting, financial planning, and cost control expertise.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and influence non-finance stakeholders.
- Good leadership presence, disciplined, and understands the importance of team grooming and professional image.
- Fluency in English is a must (written and speak)
