Job description

Responsibilities

• In charge of Produce and Monthly Review, Analyse Financial Statements;
• In charge of monthly review of all tax payments and reporting for holding and subsidiaries (PPh 23, 4(2) and VAT (PPn Debit & Credit));
• Responsible with payroll calculation and monthly withholding tax Article 21 (Employee salary) included tax payment and reporting;
• In charge of reviewing and verifying weekly payment to vendors;
• Internal control of accounts receivable and accounts payable;
• Liaise with tax consultant for monthly tax payment, tax filing return and yearly financial statements (CIT);
• Liaise with banks on all banking related issues;
• In charge of providing data for the yearly budget for the company;
• Suggest improvements and information on the activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance (CFA/CPA/MBA would be a plus);
• At least 10 years of working experience in similar roles;
• Experienced in managing a team;
• Experience in Accurate System;
• Fluent in Mandarin;
• Fluent in English would be a plus.
