Job description

Our client is a Tobacco company currently seeking a Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker).

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's accounting and financial operations, review financial statements and analysis reports, and utilize financial knowledge to support business decisions.
• Assist the tax team with tax-related activities, ensure tax compliance, minimize tax risks, and reduce tax costs.
• Develop and enhance internal accounting systems, establish financial management policies, and oversee financial control and accounting teams, providing guidance and training.
• Support the CFO in cash flow management, working capital, and banking operations.
• Review major economic contracts and agreements to aid in business analysis and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, maintain good relations with authorities such as the Ministry of Finance, tax agencies, banks, and customs, and ensure legal operations.
• Coordinate daily financial activities and collaborate with the group headquarters.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Handle the company’s annual audit and report to headquarters.
• Perform other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• High proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 4 level) and good English skills.
• Minimum 10 years of financial experience, with over 5 years in financial management.
• Maximum age of 40 years.
• Knowledge of Indonesian and Chinese laws, regulations, and relevant financial practices.
• Proficiency with financial and office software such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SAP.
• Willing to relocate to Surabaya.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
