Job description

PT. NCS Consultant Indonesia is a business consulting firm currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a Mining Company based in SCBD, South Jakarta.

This is a full on-site position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, auditing and other related majors.

Hold an intermediate accounting professional title. Those with CPA/ACCA are preferred.

More than 3 years of general ledger accounting experience. Those with a background in the engineering/construction/manufacturing industry are preferred.

Familiar with the revenue recognition criteria in the engineering industry (such as the percentage-of-completion method), cost accounting processes and fiscal and tax policies.

Clear logic, strong sense of responsibility, and able to adapt to the project-based work rhythm of the engineering industry.

Have good cross-departmental communication skills and be able to collaborate efficiently with engineering, procurement, business and other departments.

Mandarin skill is required.

Descriptions:

Accounting & Reporting:
Responsible for end-to-end accounting, monthly financial reporting, account closing, and reconciliation.

Tax Management:
Handle tax calculations, filings, payments, and liaise with tax authorities while supporting tax planning and compliance.

Budgeting & Cost Control:
Assist in project budgeting, monitor cost variances, and ensure expense compliance with financial policies.

Financial Analysis:
Provide regular financial analysis reports to support project performance evaluation and business decisions.

Audit Coordination:
Support internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

System & Process Optimization:
Develop and enhance financial processes and ensure accurate data management in systems like ERP.
