Job summary

Smoore in Indonesia seeks an experienced finance leader to supervise accounting and financial operations across the Indonesia base. You will audit statements, support business decisions with financial insights, and oversee tax compliance in alignment with local regulations and group standards.

The role requires strong leadership, cross‑cultural communication, and deep knowledge of financial regulations in Indonesia and Hong Kong SAR, plus proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in finance, with at least 5 years in financial management and leading audit projects.
• Experience in Indonesian manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Fluent Chinese and English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting and financial operations across Indonesia; audit statements and reports.
• Collaborate with tax team to handle tax affairs and audits; identify tax risks.
• Improve internal accounting systems and financial policies; train accounting staff.
• Manage daily financial operations; monitor Indonesian regulations and align with group HQ.
• Lead annual audit process; rectify issues and report progress to headquarters.
• Assist CFO to ensure compliance with laws and internal policies; review major contracts.
• Support new business launches with financial solutions and problem solving.
• Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
