Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead financial reporting, tax compliance, cash flow management, regulatory coordination, and audit processes within a fast-growing fintech environment.

The role requires 4+ years in Finance/Accounting/Tax, preferably in financial services, and fluency in English. You will coordinate with regulators (OJK / Bank Indonesia), manage banking relationships, and oversee internal controls and the annual audit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Finance/Accounting/Tax, preferably in financial services.
• Experience with regulator interactions and audits is highly preferred.
• Experience coordinating with regulators (OJK / Bank Indonesia) for audits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present internal and external financial reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with regulators such as OJK / Bank Indonesia in inquiries and data requests.
• Develop, implement, and optimize finance policies and SOPs.
• Manage company cash flow and liquidity, including payments and fund receipts.
• Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Develop and maintain the company's internal control system.
• Act as liaison between headquarters and Indonesia entity for finance matters.
• Ensure tax compliance and execute effective tax planning strategies.
• Conduct financial performance analysis and provide strategic insights to management.
• Lead, develop, and manage the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team.
• Coordinate cross-functionally for smooth communication and operational alignment.
