Job Description

• Manage and oversee all financial accounting, reporting, and control activities, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement robust financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance against budget and providing variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions effectively.
• Conduct financial analysis, provide insightful commentary, and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
• Support strategic business initiatives and investment appraisals.

The Successful Applicant

· Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification

· At least 10-15 years of working experience in similar roles, experienced managing a big team

· Experience using ERP System

· Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges

· Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships

· You will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills

· Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company.

· High level of ethics and integrity
