Job summary

Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon in Indonesia seeks a senior finance professional to lead the Finance department, including accounting, AR, AP, and payroll, and to manage audits and internal controls.

You will prepare and analyze monthly results against budget, ensure tax compliance, and provide financial analysis to support operations and business decisions. A Diploma in Accounting or Finance and Indonesian tax knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting / Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting position or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of Indonesian taxation is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Finance department including accountant, AR, AP, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze monthly operating results vs. budget
• Prepare financial analysis to support operations and business decisions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Manage audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and tax regulation
