Job Description
As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily administrative functions to support the Accounting & Finance department.
- Overseeing document control and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing detailed reports for management review.
- Supervising a small team of administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handling correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring adherence to deadlines for financial and operational tasks.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions for administrative processes.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in similar roles, with experience managing a large team.
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Strong leadership skills and motivation to overcome challenges.
- Strong analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities in the business.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to build cross-disciplinary relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- High level of ethics and integrity.
