Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily administrative functions to support the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Overseeing document control and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing detailed reports for management review.
  • Supervising a small team of administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handling correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring adherence to deadlines for financial and operational tasks.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions for administrative processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in similar roles, with experience managing a large team.
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership skills and motivation to overcome challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities in the business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to build cross-disciplinary relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • High level of ethics and integrity.
