Job description

The Finance Manager will report directly to the Group Finance Controller and need to be hands-on at work. Ultimately, you will be part of a drive to ensure the effective and smooth formulation and execution of the company's strategy, while managing your own team.

Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing daily administrative functions to support the Accounting & Finance department.
  2. Overseeing document control and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  3. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  4. Maintaining accurate records and preparing detailed reports for management review.
  5. Supervising a small team of administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Handling correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Ensuring adherence to deadlines for financial and operational tasks.
  8. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions for administrative processes.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in similar roles, with experience managing a large team.
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership qualities and motivation to overcome challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities in the business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to build cross-disciplinary relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
  • High level of ethics and integrity.
